NO INSTALL, Just Unrar with latest Winrar or 7Zip to C:\Program Files (XP users), and Desktop First (Vista Users), Then Drag and Drop the Extracted folder to C:\Program Files Click Continue when Vista Admin Window Pops Up.
Go to C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 09 and double click on the FIFA09.Reg file, click yes then Ok then Double Click on the makedesktopicon IF Needed (Internet Connection Required).
